Registration conditions
It is not allowed to speak on the site (administration and teachers) stating defects. Our chest is open to any sincere advice from you, and we will thank you and be congratulated. The Muslim is a mirror for his brother and man is weak when alone and strong with his brothers. The administration therefore expects every Muslim to be a true Muslim, by sending advice to those who deserve it, with discipline and a good approach, in order to be accepted by the administration. And we thank every hand that provides help to fill in our gaps, and it is to Allah that we ask for help, and it is He who guides to the right path. We hope that the student will take note of the conditions before enrolling, and will submit to them before Allah before anyone else.
- No refunds will be made after registration and payment.
- Respect the timetable, without unjustified absences or lateness.
- Absences authorised in a session only once, (the student may compensate for the lesson provided that the administration is told at least one day before the lesson)
- If the study has begun within the time agreed, between the administration and the student, he/she may not change the time, the duration of the level, but if the change was appropriate for the teacher
- If the teacher arrives late, this time will be calculated and made up at the end of the session.
In the event of absence, the student must give at least one day’s notice. - If they are more than 30 minutes late, they will no longer be allowed to enter the class and will be considered absent.
- If a student encounters a problem or has a comment to make, they should contact the administration to inform us.
- If a student accumulates a number of absences that reaches half the number of lessons in the session, their session will be automatically cancelled, and if the student wishes to continue after that, they will have to renew their session from the beginning
- If the student is a child, their tutor must be present with them during the lesson.
